Welcome to Dinuba Aqua Emps 2026 Swim Season!
The Dinuba Aqua Emps is a recreational, competitive swim team that participates in the Central Valley Recreational Swim League (CVRSL) during the months of June and July. Based in Dinuba, we proudly train at the Dinuba Aquatics Complex located at the old high school campus.
Our coed team welcomes swimmers ages 5 to 18 of all skill levels—from beginners to experienced athletes. The mission of both the Dinuba Aqua Emps and CVRSL is to introduce and develop a love for competitive swimming in a supportive and fun environment.
We focus on teaching the fundamentals of the sport, including:
- Competitive strokes
- Turns and technique
- Diving starts
Above all, our goal is simple: HAVE FUN while building confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love for swimming.
